One of the reasons I live here: I wandered out of my doctor’s office after my weekly shots and bought an Okinawa Black Sugar Latte from Coco. I think this place is new(?), I never noticed it before. It really, really tates like brown sugar and milk.

All about kids cakes last week. I subbed for the owner so all of these are my own handiwork. The dragon head was my favorite.

Sugar pony-unicorn for thirtieth birthday cake. This is one of the few ideas that, if someone did ever dare get me a cake (never happen — being an industry veteran) that I would be totally enchanted with. Anyway, the horse was pretty damn fun to make. Takes me back to when I was (really trying hard to) getting into toy design.
